The women are going to kick butt!! Because we're made of much tougher stuff~:P

Come on ladies!! Let's keep each other motivated!!

-I skipped having a donut this morning :)-I am not allowed to get on the computer at night until I've done abdominal work.
-Stocked up on fresh fruit/veggies.
-Heard this idea this morning: When you feel like indulging in something you shouldn't, replace it with a healthy activity. Next time I am tempted to have a processed sweet, I'm going to do push ups. Push ups are GREAT for arms, shoulders, and core muscles. :)

I'm currently trying to recover some push up capacity (for our Fitness Test we have to do 50 or so w/in a minute) so for the past week or so I've every other day I've been doing 20-25 pushups every hour from the time I get up in the morning until bedtime...:P

I am at the moment eating grapes for lunch (YUM!). My breakfast was a gigantic orange, filling yet tasty. I have worked out for an hour each of the last 3 days. I'll be freaking damned if my next picture in 3 months looks as bad as the one I posted yesterday... that's my motivation.;)

Oh, my husband loves ice cream, I do too, but actually said 'no' to my favorite cookie dough ice cream both Mon and Tues nights because of this and had a 60 calorie smoothie instead. Go me!

I hate a giant beef taco salad for lunch in a deep fired basket. Instead of playing soccer tonight, I'm gonna hit Lil Abners and pig out on some yummy ribs.

I'm superloading before taking pics tonight! After all, the most changes is what counts right? B|

Small things I do to stay in shape are:

1)when I'm feeling lazy and watch a little tv, during a commercial I do leg lifts until the show comes back on. Then the next commercial I will do sit up and so on. Commercials are usually 5 mins long so think, by the time the show is over you have put in almost 20 mins of workout into your day. (now this is in addition of the normal workout you should do)

2)don't eat any fast foods.

3)drink lots of water...water helps you feel full.

4)chew sugarless gum

5)when at the store, park at the furthest parking spot, even if its raining (it will make you run)

6) take the stairs instead of an elevator, don't be lazy.

And yes, I do thing the girls will win. ;)
If I stand on my tip toes, I can see the weekend from here!

My personal goal.... get back into my size 6. I cleaned out my closet the other night - FINALLY threw away all my size 4, but I refused to get rid of the size 6 - I will be there!!!!! :)

Girls will prolly win.

I'm not participatin in the dzcom one, but most peeps around here know i started a workout routine back in november and i'm still with that. I have my trainer and workout buddies to motivate me. I guess i'm just not comfortable with the whole competition and having to post pics thing.

What do you mean PROLLY win???? that should be DEFINITELY :P

Competition definitely works well to motivate me, so this is just what I need to fire my ass into gear and lose that last bit of weight I've talked about losing all these years (lost 80, want to lose 20ish more). Everyone has different motivations, you are doing what works for you, that's all that matters!! Congrats on sticking with it since November!!!

To me it's not about beating others, it's about having fun while getting healthy.

I wish I could have taken my pic a few weeks ago, as I've lost 8 pounds since Christmas simply from having stomach problems. But the important thing is that they're off, and I'm not gonna back track!!!

Woo hoo girls~guys, too, 'cause we're all really winners if we stick to this thing.:)

The Men!! Cause I am on the team of course.

As of today I am going on the official Jello-J Fruit and Sex Diet Plan. If this diet Plan doesn’t knock the pounds off and keep you smiling at the same time, Nothing will.

Diet Plan
Every Morning: Morning Sex to Start the day.
Then a small Breakfast consisting of Fruit. (Grapefruit, Bananas, Apples, ext..)

Lunch
Sneak off for a Nooner
Then again nothing but Fruit for Lunch.

No Snacks!! None!

Dinner
A Reasonable, Healthy, Balanced Meal. No Seconds.
Then Sex before Bed (Seconds highly encouraged;)).

Stick to this Diet and I cant Possibly loose (And even if I loose, I Win just being on the diet!!). Now I just have to find that special Dietary Assistant!:o:ph34r:

Fly with me during cheater time. Trust me, I'll wear you out, it is a good chest and back workout. ;)

BTW...I would participate, but my goals are a little different since they revolve around rock climbing. Something like double the body fat of hooknswoop, and able to do every route that he does only prettier. :ph34r:

Personally, I think that the intake of junk food is inversely proportional to the amount of sex one has, and since the guys on this site seem to be more sex-crazed than the gals, I'd say the men will have more sex in the next three months and thus eat less junk food and win. (I KNEW taking that Logic class in college would pay off some day!)
