Another idea to validate the time frame of the pics was brought to my attention.
You can also use the February issue of Parachitist in your pics to show a time frame.

I agree with skymamma. Even my after pictures won't look that good. But I think knowing that people will be looking at these pictures is all the incentive I need to really get my ass in gear and get to the gym everyday instead of every other day.

A pic does need to be a least sent to me or Wildcard with a current newspaper or February issue Parachitist to validate the time frame. The pic needs to be sent by Feb. 1st. This is when the contest officially starts and ends May 1st. If you don't want the pic shown just let us know that in your PM.

Well I guess if the contest is for most improved, then the women that are already in shape would have a worse chance of 'winning' a fitness challenge.
I'll print the first post of this thread for date verification....but I am still not sure sending in pictures by Feb 1 would be necessary, I mean as long as you took the picture by then and saved it, then turned it in with the NEW pic in May (was that right? May is the date?)

Wow, start an idea rolling, and wake up and find that it has completely snowballed. That's always awesome to see.
We did something like this a year or two ago on here, where people were posting their progress as they went throughout the year.
Much like they guys thread, I am waiting to see how many of you ladies actually go through with this and do before/afters with us.
I'll happily organize a judging panel for you all much in the same way that Skymama is going to be handling the judging for the men.
I just threw ladyflyer a set of rules for judging and such for her to help edit as she pleases so we can get the ladies in on this without it seeming like I am just collecting pictures over here. We'll get a full thing out in the next day or so.
Hope you ladies can keep up. I think you are gonna have a few less soft and squishies to look at as far as the guys are concerned this summer.
