willard 0 #4 February 6, 2007 Heres a recipe for an energy drink you can make in your kitchen. It tastes better than the commercial stuff and is actually good for you! I've had it around for a few years and can't remember who I got it from. Enjoy! 1/3c finely ground oat bran 1/2c frozen strawberries 16 oz Diet Mountain Dew 2 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate 8 oz fat free strawberry yogurt Pour oat bran in a blender and process until the flakes become powder. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Makes 3 servings. (Reblend leftover portions before drinking.)
