jeremy_o 0 #1 December 15, 2006 I have nothing but great things to say about Mads from L&B. Great person to deal with, normal response time via email: less than 10 hrs. I emailed them regarding my pro-dytter. It went through batteries in about 2 weeks time. My unit was pretty new, I bought it used and put about 50 jumps on it. Love the product. So, I emailed them, told them the problem and Mads replied that I should send it to them for inspection. They determine that it would be best to replace the unit. The best part: They upgraded me to a Solo instead of sending a new Pro-Dytter! Thanks L&B!http://planetskydive.net/ - An online aggregation of skydiver's blogs. Mostly_Harmless 0 #2 December 15, 2006 I don't think bad service and Mads has every been in the same sentence (until now). I had to deal with him once and it was nothing but a pleasure._________________________________________ www.myspace.com/termvelocity
freeatlast 0 #3 December 15, 2006 L&B are one of a handful of companies that really set the standard for customer service. Their products are never the cheapest, but their customer service is legendary ... Unfortunately this is not the case for all companies ...
