I wasn't even really setting out to break my caffeine addiction originally...but here I am, down from 10 cups per day (uh, plus! ) down to one lovely cup of coffee in the late afternoon. CHEERS to everyone that gave me such awesome ideas on how to do it without death!! (Mine or people around me ) -I didn't even notice that I hadn't had any coffee until after 3pm!!
