Good for you too! I honestly have no clue how stuff just piles up like that. I was shocked at how many clothes I had. All of the stuff I gave away I wore when I was a smaller size. I was going to hang onto it, thinking I'll need something to wear when I get back there again again, but my Mom told me that I should just get a whole new wardrobe when I reach my goal size!

In my defense, it was all paper. The majority of it being about a thousand articles I had to print and read and just hung onto from last semester. Aside from that just random letters, old bills, paperwork etc..

I am so glad to be done with school...saving a bundle in not having to print up a syllabus or all of the research articles....i feel your pain.

Errm. I always recyle when I'm at school, but honestly I don't know how private party recyling works. Is that a good excuse? Probably not. Is it true you get charged a fee?

This weekend, I'm cleaning out two closets. I've lived here 6 1/2 years, and opened a closet and just looked at the stuff crammed in there. I haven't needed it since I moved in, I doubt life will change such that I would need that stuff again, and I don't even know what it is, anyway!

So this weekend, as a break from studying, I'm cleaning closets. I was going to garden, but since it's going to rain, I think I'll just get the crap done inside.

And, I just ordered a dining table with a wee small bit of extra cash - I had a table that had tiles in it, and I've had it for - meh, about 20 years. It's broken, and now it's going to be replaced.

So yeah, Sprout, I hear you...and I don't know how this stuff accumulates, either. It just sort of...appears...somehow.
