shmali 0 #1 February 12, 2007 So one of my coworkers is having issues with his samsung tv, calls up the executive support num today on his cellphone. He has been on hold for over 45min. Getting frustrated he calls them back on our office line and tells them the details some of the issues he's been having and how he is on hold for 45+ min. They make some excuse about getting him to the right department, anyway they transfer him to the same number he's been on hold for so as this is happening he just grins at me hits the speaker phone and puts it down. And all of a sudden there's this stereo effect of the same hold music from 2 different phones. I couldn't help by laugh at the whole situation , just thought i'd share.
