Belly-off week 2

Recommended Posts

since today sort of marks the close of belly-off week two I figure I'd share how mother nature is helping with a wonderful lifting routine...:D

I've still got my cardio to do today (though my erg doesn't look overly appealing today... B|:D)

How's everyone else doing?

So far so good. No ice cream in two weeks now. I think that's the longest I've gone since birth. My abs routine is feeling easier, I guess that's a good sign. I agree with LadyFlyer that it's time to beef up the workout a bit!! Ouga, ouga, ouga!!
Since there is no snow to shovel here, I'll try running out some landings this weekend for some good cardio and see if I can break a sweat since it's supposed to be near 70. ;)

I had been doing really good. Lost about 10lbs the first week. But then I gained about 3 back. Being at my parents is making it hard. At home I resist temptation by simply not buying cookies, chips, or ice cream or anything like that. But my parents keep all of that stuff in constant supply. I was doing really good the first week I was here about resisting it. But my will power is dwindling. I can't wait till I go back home next week.

Good thing I'm not participating. I have $39 worth of Girl Scout cookies, half of which are Thin Mints. I am going to have to stand on street corners and give these things away . . . or else!

Put 'em in the freezer.

Oh, wait, that only makes 'em taste even better.

I'm thinking of bringing them to work and forcing people to take a box home with them. And from now on, I am NOT making friends with anyone who has a daughter of Girl Scouting age. Just forget it.

Wait--Are YOU doing the Belly-off? Because if you are, I'm not sabotaging you that way.

you could send some to me... I've already been sabotaged... someone sent me some chocolates...

If I can ever get out of the house (i.e. the weather lets up...) I'm gonna share em with others... but until I can leave I have to do my best to resist the tempation to eat them... :D

Uh oh. See, I really shouldn't contribute here because I would be a bad influence and encourage the eating of the chocolates and cookies and such. BUT, the more important question is:

WHO SENT YOU CHOCOLATES? Is there a love story here???

A very thoughtful woman... and no love story that I'm aware of...

ok... it would seem that for the relatively sedentary people out there it is important that you shouldn't over exert yourself when shoveling snow...

If you married me, I'd shovel the snow for you. And MAKE you chocolates. ;)

Stop trying to hurt me by talking about women sending you things.:|
