Jessie07 0 #1 February 15, 2007 is one the biggest cheerleading competition out there. This weekend we head to ATL to compete. My youth2 team are 8-11 years old and my junior team is 9-14 years old. I am extremely nervous for this weekend. As a coach and a competitor I have never won this competition and I want it bad!!! Last year my peewee team was 4 pts from 1st. We watched a movie last night called Facing the Giants. Really inspired me as a coach. The coach in the movie said my fear is over taking my faith. I have faith that my girls will do great and hopefully win. But at the same time I am so afraid of being stomp into the ground by the other teams. As along as I know they did their best thats all I can ask for. Lets just hope that one of my 2 teams will come home as Cheersport National Champions with the jacket in hand. Thats all.... And with it comes the only basic human duty, the duty to take the consequences." -P.J. O'Rourke
littleskycrab 0 #3 February 15, 2007 Good luck, Jes! You will all do GREAT!Next time a sunrise steals your breath or a meadow of flowers leaves you speechless, remain that way. Say nothing and listen as heaven whispers, "Do you like it? I did it just for you."
