He wrote that recently he bought rig from Russia, and have made several jumps on it. On reserve repack he discovered that his CYPRES cutter looks unusuall, there is no hall, and reserve closin loop was simply wraped around it in a loop. That would cut the cord ok... for what you need a hole anyway? Why not testfire the thing and see what happens. Just make sure you post the video here for our enjoyment.
