wildfan75 1 #3 February 20, 2007 We have a guy that likes to fly his powered parachute just north of our DZ. Freaked me out one day when just shortly after the plane took off, I went out side and saw it there. Thought maybe there was an issue with the plane and someone bailed. Also cause issues for our jumpers. Luckily its winter and cruising around at 1,000ft in 10F isn't much fun after awhile. Interesting to see what happens come summer. He offered a ride, but i wasn't dresses for the occasion. Damn. plus it's getting dark and that thing looks scary. He flies like a mad man. Said he dropped a few jumpers years ago.
