McDuck 0 #9 February 22, 2007 "Jumping the shark" generally refers to when a television series has lost its edge and does something drastic to try and improve ratings. It's a direct reference to the show "Happy Days" when The Fonz, on water skis, jumped over a shark. I've used the term here to indicate postwhoring turns for the worse.Kevin - Sonic Beef #5 - OrFun #28 "I never take myself too seriously, 'cuz everybody know fat birds don't fly." - FLC Online communities: proof that people never mature much past high school.
