PhreeZone 20 #1 February 22, 2007 Anyone take a look at the new customer bill of rights that JetBlue is operating under? Looks like a damn good way to get loads of free flights out of them. http://www.jetblue.com/about/ourcompany/promise/index.html?source=ap_2promise Too bad American did'nt offer payouts for their delays, I'd be on my way to a second house with just my O'Hare delays. 2fat2fly 0 #2 February 22, 2007 I applaude the accoutablity, but increasing overhead will increase prices and eliminate their major competative advantage.I am not the man. But the man knows my name...and he's worried
PhreeZone 20 #3 February 22, 2007 I rather like the "business class" leg room, the TV's and the snack selection all in the cheap coach ticket price. Beats the business class price but coach seating on a few other airlines. I'm getting a new airline in town that is promoting 1 way tickets for less then $25 and round trips for less then $50 to about 30 locations, Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com

Thanatos340 1 #6 February 22, 2007 QuoteMaybe.. its its on 65 brand new, still being bult Airbus A-319's Sounds like Spirit Air. Just flew them to Peurto Rico Last week. $88 each way from Atlanta. Jets were Less than 2 months old. But the seats were the most uncomfortable that I have ever been in on any airline. Leather seats that were harder than any rock I have ever seen. Other than that, Great deal.
2fat2fly 0 #7 February 22, 2007 With Airbus's delivery history-I wouldn't run to the airport just yet-But, since it's a 319, you have my personal assurance that it'll startI don't, however, gurantee relightsI am not the man. PhreeZone 20 #8 February 22, 2007 Its looking to be intersting. Its Skybus thats starting up here. They are usingthe Ryanair model from Europe and trying to get it to work here. There are rumors about things like you pay for the seat only, luggage will be charged additional fees. They are talking about only leasing 1 gate and doing shuttles to the tarmack for boarding to reduce their costs. Also its looking like they are shooting for secondary fields in major cities that have lower operating costs like Love and Islip.Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com

No thanks.

diverdriver 7 #12 February 23, 2007 Spirit is still around and growing out of DTW and FLL! This new operation is SkyBus and I just saw one of their planes in Columbus. Good thing people aren't choosing to fly on them for their paint job.... GOOD GRIEF!!!
PhreeZone 20 #13 February 23, 2007 Oh? You don't like the Yellow on Orange paint scheme? Rumor is every plane will be a different paint scheme with only the Butterfly staying the same among the fleet.Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com
