pullhigh 0 #26 February 27, 2007 I totally agree with that statement, it's pretty reasonable for what you get.

ladyskydiver 0 #31 February 27, 2007 QuoteI just want a decent cabin, unless the lottery comes in then all of you are in on the cruise.lol With as little time as you're going to spend in your cabin, I'd suggest going for an inside cabin. It'll save you money. I found that I was only in the cabin to change for dinner or go to bed so having a cabin with windows was a waste.Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly! LisaM 0 #34 February 27, 2007 Quotewe went out on a booze cruise to Dunn's River falls in Jamaica I did a booze cruise there. It was an absolute blast!! While we were snorkling (before the drinking but after the climb up the falls) we found $150 on the bottom. SWEET! ~ Lisa ~ Do you Rigminder?
boinky 0 #35 February 27, 2007 I don't know anything about costs or where they actual travel to/from, but recently Norwegian has been running commercials on tv. They are pushing the fact that most cruises make you do everything on THEIR schedule, but with Norwegian you can do things on YOUR schedule. It might be worth looking into. pullhigh 0 #36 February 27, 2007 Tampa is an excellent port to leave from. Going under the bridges and such is pretty friggin cool in my opinion. Miami is like the cruise capital of the world, so they would have the most options for sure. I've never ledt from Jacksonville, but plan to in the future. Jax is only about a 5 hour drive for me, where Miami is about a 12 hour jaunt. Personally, I no longer wish to fly to a cruise port. The savings on liquor in the duty free shops id very good, but you can;t have liquids in carry on bags anymore.... FYI you cannot take liquor onboard with you, but you can take a re-fillable water bottle. They will check your bags that you carry onto the ship with you, but not your big suitcases and such that you check with the stewards. Use that information as you wish.... skinnyshrek 0 #37 February 27, 2007 cheers. so many bloody choices im confused. I think a 4 day one to start with around the bahammas would be pretty cool. Plus catch up on some diving. How long do they typically stay in port for.http://www.skydivethefarm.com do you realize that when you critisize people you dont know over the internet, you become part of a growing society of twats? pullhigh 0 #38 February 27, 2007 Varies widely... Just look at the itenerary when booking and you'll have all the details. Another tip, if the ship leaves your home port at 4, you can usually board around noonish, make the most of it. No use in getting on at the last minut, start your vacaio a few hours early.
