Some days showing up to work is fun

Ha ha ha what a fun day I’m having at work. I mostly work from home but today I decided to go in.

I work as a Project Manager and just recently started a new contract there are a few projects I’m managing except one because it was already ongoing befor I came on board and it ends in a few weeks So for this one I’m in a minor support role to see it till the end.

So this woman who is the PM of the project thinks she’s god. So any way she’s telling me that she’s going to a very very important meeting tomorrow in the morning for the final sign off and finical ect. So she is trying to make it sound really important. I tell her great I’ll sit in with her. Well she tells me I don’t think this is a good Idea and that the CIO and VP of the company will be showing up at that location about the time the meeting’s done and she thinks having to many of the project team there would look bad and she doesn’t want to cut in to and time she may have to discuses the project with him if she gets a chance.


Well the look I got from her was worth a million dollars, it was great when I told her I know there attending my meeting for my other projects. the part that made me really laugh is when some one couldn't stop snickering at the whole exhange
