grue 1 #1 March 6, 2007 Because of the asinine laws here, I have to buy a 250cc bike, and not being an Asian, that means I'm too big for most 250cc bikes... or so I thought. http://spiceweasel.net/bike.jpg I'm 6'3", 230lbs, and it seems to be a pretty decent fit for me Of course, I'm sure it'll seem ungodly slow after a few months, but I'm stuck with it for one year, three months before I can go up to a "real" bike. Two year unlimited km warranty though, which is nice! Now I just need to save up to get it, along with a helmet, jacket, pants, gloves, boots, and back protector cavete terrae. Jumpervint 0 #2 March 6, 2007 I looked at this brand at a recent motorcycle. The saleman said Hyosung used to make bikes for Yamaha. Prices seemed pretty reasonable, but the saleman said they were agressively discounting to get more of them on the road so others would see them. Red is a nice color. Vint. . . . . bigway 4 #3 March 6, 2007 I thought in OZ learner license was 600cc? I have had my learner bike license in nz for about 12 years now. I have been looking at buying a bike too.... so expensive over here. If it is not 600 i think i better change my license. .Karnage Krew Gear Store . Victoria is fucking stupid, and limits you to 250cc, regardless of power. I could legally buy an Aprilia RS250R, but I can't buy a BMW F650CS, which is WAY less powerful.cavete terrae. WatchYourStep 0 #6 March 6, 2007 Nice bike. You'll be surprised at those smaller bikes. They may not be as fast on the straights but if you practice you'll be able to lay them way over in the curves. bigway 4 #7 March 6, 2007 That bike is cheap. So what is the limit for here in NSW? I need a bike. especially living in the eastern suburbs. I would go for that hyosung if it is brand new at 6600 and i was only allowed a 250. What a nice price. I bet it goes for it as well. .Karnage Krew Gear Store . Not sure what the actual power limit is in NSW, but there are several 600+ bikes you can get there under LAMS, which is the name of the programme they use.cavete terrae.
