Have you ever taken this guy aside and asked him point-blank why he is being an asshole to you? Something like "what have I ever done to deserve such treatment like this in the first place?"


I'll tell you something else... I have taken anger management classes before. That was an eye-opener. One thing I remember is this: Other people don't make you mad. YOU make yourself mad. In other words, it was YOUR decision to get mad at someone else.

It really is the hardest thing to believe. But it's right.

Then again, if your boss doesn't reign in the dickhead, your only other recourse is to severely beat the shit out of him with no witnesses around and without him knowing who beat him.
