NWFlyer 2 #1 March 16, 2007 This movie kinda came and went in the theaters without a lot of hype, but I'd read some good reviews of it and decided to get it from Netflix. Holy crap, this is a fun movie! It's smart, clever, funny, and dark in a way that too few movies are these days. It's kind of like a bizarro-world version of LA Confidential crossed with Ferris Bueller-esque narration. Anyone else seen this one?"There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please. And with it comes the only basic human duty, the duty to take the consequences." -P.J. kbordson 8 #7 March 16, 2007 I thought it was very funny. But more in a dry humor sort of way. Val was really amusing.

I'm glad you didnt use the word "taut" to describe it. I hate it when movie critics describe movies as taut.__ My mighty steed
marcandalysse 0 #9 March 16, 2007 I liked the movie. By the way, that title was what the James Bond films were called overseas when they first came out.... "The reason angels can fly is that they take themselves so lightly." --GK Chesterton

It's so smart and stylish as well as being a complete pisstake. Sparkling dialogue throughout. The opening credits are cool too, really remind me of old Hitchcock movies.Do you want to have an ideagasm?

mfrese 0 #12 March 16, 2007 Rented that last year, and thought it was one of the few movies in the last few years with "stars" in it that made me happy I'd spent the money and taken the time to watch it. As opposed to usually wanting to sue the producers for my money and the two hours of my life I wasted. Harry: Yeah, I heard about that. It was neck-and-neck and then she skipped lunch. or Harry: I mean, it's literally like someone took America by the East Coast and *shook* it, and all the normal girls managed to hang on."There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please.
