I just finished my long workout for this week (20 km of Rowing) and I'm feeling kind of good about myself... (it might just be lack of oxygen getting to my brain...) so... how is the belly-off going for everyone going... I also always enjoy weighing myself right after a long workout... iluvtofly 0 #2 March 16, 2007 After several weeks of being at a plateu I've finally started to lose more weight. Since I've started seriously working out in October I've lost 30 pounds.
