Belly off update...

I probably missed it... but I haven't seen any posts in the last week or so wrt to the bell-off... I just finished my long workout for this week (20 km of Rowing) and I'm feeling kind of good about myself... (it might just be lack of oxygen getting to my brain...)

so... how is the belly-off going for everyone going...

I also always enjoy weighing myself right after a long workout... (172.2 lbs)

though I still want to get down to 160-165...
Livin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife...

I've been running or biking almost every morning. I've lost 12 lbs. and I can see my quads! I thought they were a thing of the past.

I just need to keep working off that muffin top and my thunder thighs. LOL.
