CONTINENTAL AIRLINES!!! first, my flight to florida is canceled. not their fault, i know, it's the weather. but, i go to their website to find out how to reschedule, and it's down. i try calling their 1-800 number (several of them actually) and i'm told that my wait time is approximately 235 minutes. 4 hours!!! i try another number. 'over 30 minutes'. i try another one, i get a busy signal. wtf?!?!"Hang on a sec, the young'uns are throwin' beer cans at a golf cart."
