agent_lead 0 #1 March 17, 2007 grrrr...should have been jumping my ass of with some friends and some "long time no see" friends in eloy right now.. goddam storm grounded every flight out of the ny area last night flight was at 6:15..i check in at 4:15..the clerk tells me "looks like your flight is even on time..lucky you..ill take your bags" grrrrrr.. so i check my bag..carry on my rig...no joke 2 mins after i get off the line..they announce my flight is cxl'd so now not only is my flight cxl'd..but the ENTIRE INTERNATIONAL HUB is grounded theres all of a sudden a 8 hour line to fill out a retrieve bag form..we leave thinking we can just call the 800 number and have our shit delivered to us at home...no such luck...we end up back a the airport...wait on this goddam line..at teh end of the line they take this peice of paper and say thank you..that will be an 8-10 hour wait.. christ...we wait the 8-10 hours..my boy nick gets his bag...mine of course is nowhere to be found...i would have just left it there if it was ust clothes at this point..but my logbook and helmet..jumpsuit..altis..audibles..all that shit..is in my bag.. i wait on ANOTHER line..fill out the same peice of paper and they tell me its gonna be more hours waiting... i tell my boy to call someone to pickk him up cuz im not leaving without my shit.. finally my bag comes out as soon as my boys ride comes to pick him up... and i get home around 10am... ive been awake since 5am yesterday morning... and im pissed!!! thats TWO trips i paid for in 2 weeks that i didnt actually go on... amazing...-------------------------------------------- www.facebook.com/agentlead Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
