rahja 0 #1 March 18, 2007 First of all, I have nothing but HUGE gratitude for those of you who have helped a dear friend Eric D through a very trying and troubling time. Eric and I have been friends from Kindergarten through High School finding that our love for flight and a commonality of a small town in Colorado and numerous common friends throughout the aviation community. He and I have found each other after 15 years of chaotic seperation and for the most part, I am thankful that he has had all of you as part of his life. He has spoken highly of all of you as "family" and even though I am no stranger to how important family is, I also know that friends are just as important as blood. For the most part, I have read the entire ordeal that you all have written and physically helped him through. I am astounded at the outpouring of love and dedication you have all had for him. All I can say is THANK YOU and I hope to see him very soon to rekindle our friendship and old times. I have always held a special place in my heart for him and it's because of you, his friends, that he has had the courage to fight and continue to heal. I love you Eric! A brother, not in blood, but in spirit....and thanks again to his friends for sticking by him.... Rahja PS: I am not a skydiver, but have always wanted to be a part of it, but more along the line of gliding and other flying aspects.... but love to fly and feel a kindred spirit with those ballzy enough to have so many jumps...
