She was perfectly correct - more than 50% of the taste of a good coffee is a result of the barista's skill, or lack thereof. Someone who fixes your shoes is a cobbler. Someone who fixes your computer is a computer technician. Someone who helps you purchase your medication is a chemist/pharmacist. Even though they all work in retail environments.
