FallRate 0 #3 March 23, 2007 In fact, yes. A caller, from Cali, named Bill was talking about power that he generated which he fed back into the grid. His point was that there is not enough encouragement for this activity. Actually, I didn't catch his name at the beginning, so while he was talking he mentioned California, solar power, etc. Thinking it might be you (longshot, I know) I was just hoping they would say his name again.
