Ooooh I'm in so much trouble!

I took the front bumper off of my rental car in a parking lot tonight B|

I've got 5 days to get this fixed. Any suggestions? Popped it back on but there are obvious cracks and it's leaning to the left.

You might get lucky and find one in a junk yard... Might wanna call around. OR Get it covered by your insurance. OR Buy a new one... At least you wouldn't have to pay the 150 they'll probably charge you to install it.

Bumper is still there but just barely hanging on. Need to go get some of those rubber snap clips. Just have to find a way to hide the cracks.

I thought that it was like that when I picked it up? I'm down on rental companies right now anyway. Hertz is claiming that I wrecked one of their cars in Memphis a few hours after I returned it.......
I am not the man. But the man knows my name...and he's worried

In my experience, if you bought their insurance you can pretty much tell the truth and walk away from it without any concern.

And if you didn't buy their insurance, your own should also cover it after the deductable. No sense in trying to hide it.

If you bought the insurance, you could have just taken back the steering wheel and you would have been OK. BUT, you didn't. >:(

Note to self - do not let Lisa drive my car... :o:D

Always buy the insurance. It turns even the wimpiest rental car into a wicked off road vehicle.

aint nothing like returning a rental with bald tires...... ebrake slides and neutral drop smoke shows are really hard on em... :)
