Superman32 0 #1 April 1, 2007 In a few weeks, I'll have a 6 hour layover at San Juan Airport, and the idea of just sitting there isn't very appealing. Any suggestions as to what to do during that time? Inveniam Viam aut Faciam I'm back biatches!

Superman32 0 #3 April 1, 2007 Ahhh.... Yeah,...thanks Ian. Maybe, I'll go see the baggage handlers do their thing or go to the bank.... BTW, the layover will be on a Sunday, so I don't know what would be open Thanks Inveniam Viam aut Faciam I'm back biatches!
JohnMitchell 16 #4 April 1, 2007 If it was Amsterdam you could take the train into town and get chronic. Surely San Juan has something to offer. Do they have easy transportation into town and back?
IanHarrop 43 #5 April 1, 2007 http://lmm.150m.com/docs/entertainment/aeroparque.html Another choice, since you seem to want to go around with long hair.... Damn hippy try taking a bath, getting a hair cut, and working for a living!"Where troubles melt like lemon drops, away above the chimney tops, that's where you'll find me" Dorothy
SuFantasma 0 #6 April 2, 2007 Considerting that it takes 2 to 2 1/2 hours to clear security at SJU, it doesn't leave you much time for sight-seeing.... The closest area you can visit is Isla Verde, about 1 mile from the airport and on the beach. A lot of hotels (with casinos) and bars by the ocean. Superman32 0 #8 April 2, 2007 Thanks Jorge, I've been through SJU a couple of times in the past year, and security was pretty fast both times. I was thinking about going to Old San Juan. But if there really isn't enough time, It may have to be the beach. Inveniam Viam aut Faciam I'm back biatches!
