Lawsuit alleges that Microsoft Corp. engaged in deceptive practices by letting PC makers promote computers as "Windows Vista Capable" even if they couldn't run the new operating system's "signature" features.

Some people are idiots, it means “Windows Vista capable” that you put vista on it it's not going to crap out and blue screen because the components don't have drives or the architecture of the component are not going to be incompatible with the OS. It doesn’t mean it will come with every feature. Shit I bought a Vista capable laptop for my wife but it had XP on it I should join the lawsuit.

If people would take 5 min and read the features on the box before buying they wouldn’t have these issues

What about all the XP capable pc that only came preloaded with home edition? and didn’t have the XP features like join domain and the added security features ?

Any way I'm going to go now and think of some great lawsuits like the car ads I see I'll buy only the base model and claim the ads misleads because it doesn’t have all the features i seen in the comercial.

I hate when people are mindless sheep and then get together to sue because they are idiots and needs the government to intervene and protect them.
SO this one time at band camp.....

People who start these lawsuits need to die in a fire. They could hardly suck more at life.

If their heads were any further up their stupid fucking asses they'd be able to nibble on their dorsal aorta.

I got a big chuckle years ago when they got new pc workstations at the factory. The surge protector power strips were marked "Windows 98 Ready"

Equally stupid today are all the vendors of television antennas that advertise their products as being specially designed for HD-TV, when in fact it uses exactly the same channels as analog.
