Down to 204 from a 212 start...

Ran a 10k today in 51:19 - 8:14 miles... I'M COMIN' BACK, BITCHES!!! Woo!!

How's everyone else doing?

I'm still building to row my marathon (in the third week of May) today I did a 30km piece in just over 2 hrs and my overall pace was just about what it needs to be to finish my marathon in 3 hrs...

mind you this is on a rowing machine which for me is much more efficient then running.

I also weighed 170 lbs down from about 178 lbs at the beginning of the belly off competition.

now I'm gonna go get a bite to eat and find something soft to sit on... B|

My hat's still in the ring.

My fall rate has improved ;).

A few people are starting to notice, it's a mixed blessing when a guy at work tells you you look attractive.B|

P.S. I'm sure he's straight, it was a communication thing, he just noticed the weight loss and tried to compliment me. I could have done without that:D.

I've been slacking big time. OK, maybe not slacking so much as just being way too fucking busy to carve out time for work-outs. [:/] Maybe after this week I'll be able to get back on the horse for the last 3 weeks.

I started at the same time as you guys too. My progress is going great! I've kept to a really steady pound a week weight loss.

I've begun to run out of clothes that fit me properly. Time to go buy some new ones.B|
