Misusing apostrophe's

I cant count how many time's I see people misuse apostrophe's. What is s'o hard about knowing theyre to represent missing letter's and to show ownershi'p? I'm sure theres some other use for the'm, but how come I see apostrophes misuse'd even in sign's on the street? Its maddening'!

Actually, your example is not quite correct, as the second DZO usage is referring to more than one DZO, so the apostrophe would come after the s, indicating plural possesive. "All DZOs' jobs are complicated."

I can't find my way out of a paper bag, but I know me some grammar.
