floridadiver81 0 #1 April 10, 2007 So im coming home fromt he base...and it normally takes me maybe 10 minutes to get home. yeah well it took me 45 this morning. Traffic is pretty much at an idle speed...i turn the radio on and it tells me that there is an accident at the end of the bridge...ok...so traffic is going slower...whatever. So i come up to the accident...its on the left shoulder...well off the highway..and 4 lanes of traffic are going slow as hell. I can understand maybe the left lane...or even the left two lanes...but 4!!! COME ON PEOPLE. Not a single lane was blocked at all..and yet 4 lanes of traffic are going slow enough to the point that i didnt even get out of second gear!! If i ever become a cop i swear ill be pulling people over left and right for disrupting the flow of traffic! grue 1 #2 April 10, 2007 It's marginally more annoying than the assholes who don't use their turn signals, think that the passing lane is for cruising (if you aren't passing, GET THE FUCK OVER!), who think their reflexes are good enough to stop a 5000lb SUV with "all season tires" before I can stop a 2800lb car with season-specific tires. Oh, and the numbnut fucks who drive around with their fog lights on when there is no fog, or the fuckstains who don't have their headlights aimed correctly.cavete terrae. My experience tells me that this applies to most people and I cant for the life of me figure out why people are so freakin stupid about this. Stay on your own damn side of the road. If YOU are in the right lane, you'd better slow down because the guy in the left lane is gonna pull out in front of you and now YOU'RE in the mess. The guys in the oncoming lanes on a widely divided highway? Who the hell knows, other than rubbernecking.My reality and yours are quite different. I think we're all Bozos on this bus.
