lawrocket 3 #30 April 11, 2007 Maybe it's my military training, but I view attorney business vs. paralegal business like officer business vs. NCO business. I don't think paralegals have any business doing research. Attorneys oughtta be doing it. Also, I think there is a HUGE problem with an attorney looking to laws in another state, like practicing law without a license.
