jasonRose 0 #3 October 9, 2006 Thanks for the tip it worked. My machine has a auto tension feature which I use all the time with no problems except when I tried to sew RSN. Took me a little bit to dial in but works great now!! Thanks Some day I will have the best staff in the world!!!
riggerrob 643 #4 October 9, 2006 Get a firm grip on the nylon behind the needle and a firm grip (6 or 8 inches) in front. Maintain that same hand spacing as you gently press on the pedal. Move your hands in time with the feed dogs. That will prevent the fabric from bunching. Also, your hands will help feed the fabric because ripstop nylon is too thin for most feed dogs to get a grip.
