Exactly!:S

meh, to each their own. It amazes me how much tastes diifer. As an example, I simply cannot understand why some many people think Paris Hilton is hot. *Barf

McBeth though, my vote for modern day hottie!

I completely agree!:)
I don't really have a "modern day" hottie. I'm rather un-star struck and was a "fan" of Goldie and John Travolta in my childhood. These days...eh . I guess if I had to say someone I'd go for Cameron Diaz or Kirstin Dunst. I enjoy them both, but...wouldn't be sad to never see them again.

Goldie makes me smile.:)
McBeth is definitely hot! My modern-day vote is for McBeth.:P

P.S.

Remmi was referring to Fairchild's extreme amount of plastic surgery (and not such a bad job, I must add), which is why I said what I said.

I think aging is beautiful. Granted, I apply moisturizer, SPF, and take my multi-vitamin all in the hopes of aging gracefully, but...I welcome laugh lines & gray hair. I think they're beautiful. I can not STAND the *plastic look. Fairchild screams it.:S

*and by "plastic" I mean fake lips, fake boobs, way too much makeup and...fake anything, really. I LOVE when they claim to have a nose job to "fix a bump".:D Learn to love yourself, damnit. Surgery won't fix the inside. [/end soapbox]

my sentiments exactly rev.

beauty wtf, its all relative. I've been with some hotties that just plain didnt get after it, then I,ve been with some so so's and uglies, that would put it on you like you would not beleive:o I think thats the concensus behind the paris H thing.

not so hot women, and/or ugly have nothing to lose, they can put it on you like a champion.

the ugliest I ever did shoulda had a wonder woman cape hanging off her stuff, she was special;)

I know what you mean too. I've been trying to age gracefully, but I admit to some lighteners to "hide" the salt and pepper, and a recent diet that put me back very close to my high school weight of 165.

Nothing wrong with aging, but nothing wrong with fighting it either!

I so totally agree!!! I LOVE Goldie!! She's always been naturally funny and quite beautiful. My absolute favorite with her is still "Private Benjamin." :)
P.S. "Overboard" was also extremely funny and she has a very skimpy bikini scene!! ;)

For me, nothing wrong with fighting it naturally--and to each their own fighting it un-naturally but...I can't help it. It just looks...obvious & weird to me (the un-natural "fight").[:/]

I saw "Bird on a Wire" with my mom when it first came out at the theaters. It was our "girls day out" and a very fun day!!! She very much admired good old Mel!! :)
