Get an AMD cpu instead of an Intel if you wanna do media and get something good like a Voodoo or Falcon-NW, the only good Apple products are ipods. I got my 17'' macbook pro (neener) from there about 5 months ago now, and since then i have used it every day, installed loads of stuff and it has never, not once, hung/crashed/run slow/had networking issues, or any issues whatsoever!
