Can I be the judge who wins??? If so, full frontal nekkid pix get extra credit I told myself YEARS ago I'd never weigh 200 pounds. Thanks to my digital scale, I never did. About 4 or 5 moths ago I weighed myself after a shower, and to my horror saw 199.5 on the readout. I decided it was time to diet. (My 213 cholersterol number helped motivate me too.) I still eat fast food. Lots of it. I'm a truck driver, so eating good usually isn't much of an option, so I made my own diet plan. As I said before, I'm a truck driver, so pretty much any exercise is out too. How much can you do driving 11 to 15 hours a day? My diet is simple. I no longer eat anything deep fried. No french fries. No doughnuts. Not even a decent fish fry. Cold turkey on deep fried foods is by far the hardest thing I've ever tried to do, but it's working. I also cut out ALL processed sugars. No candy. No sugared soda (I still drink plenty of diet dew and/or Pepsi.) No cakes. Nothing like that. It work(s)(ed)! Right now I'm 160+/- 5 pounds, and my total cholesterol is sitting at 171. When I update that thread Cora keeps digging up, I'll do a side by side comparison with the old pic. Keith, I think that will show a huge difference, besides swaying a judges opinion!
