aprilcat 0 #45 May 4, 2007 You wouldn't consider King Cong a 'chick flick'? I think the latest version is definitive 'chick'. Naomi Watts (???yes???) was very charming. Jessica Lange..yuuuuuuuck with that film.. Naomi pulled off the 'girl in distress' as faye raysp did. She was down & out...beautiful...ready to work (blah blah..think 'Cinderella') wound up with more than she bargained for and was willing to sacrifice her own happiness ('scuse me...I have to blah blah some more). And speaking of Cinderella, how about THAT for a classic??? I think even the men that grew up seeing it once would mark that a classic..along with 'Lilli' *sigh* okay...I'm thinking chick flicks... ..I'll throw in 'Apocalypse (sp) NOW' to maintain my street cred ~~~April P.S. Apocalypse Now meets Cinderella..alrighty then! Camelot II, the Electric Boogaloo!
