ltdiver 3 #26 April 29, 2007 QuoteGo to downtown Redlands-there is a great Thai place that has a yummy martini bar. Which Thai restaurant are you referring to? There are several ones in the Redlands/San Bernardino area. I love Thai food and have sampled quite a few of the places around there. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

I love how hard working Mexicans tend to be and they have such good family ethics-but I hate their food. Go to downtown Redlands-there is a great Thai place that has a yummy martini bar. YES!!!! ltdiver 3 #28 April 29, 2007 Quote IN and OUT URge still has kick ass food!!! If we're still talking about Perris, there aren't any In and Out Burger joints down here. However, there is one about a 15 minute drive north, off hwy 60. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

ltdiver 3 #30 April 30, 2007 Thanks! I'll have to give them a try. Sounds yummy. There is another Thai place near the corner of Redlands Blvd and Mt. View. I believe it's name is "Dong's". Very very good eats there. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Very very good eats there. Correction. The restaurant named "Dong's" in Loma Linda is a Vietnamese restaurant. The Thai place that is so yummy is named "Ranu". It's in the exact same parkinglot. Just took my sister and her husband, who are gourmet chefs, to Ranu's last night. They were impressed. It's always interesting to take them to restaurants I like and hear them critique the tastes. Of course, I only take them to places that I like, and do themselves proud. Thought I'd print this retraction in case someone was looking for the correct place. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
Shotgun 1 #34 May 13, 2007 Hey Lori, if you like Thai food, you have to go to Bangkok Chef in Temecula (if you haven't already). It's not too far from Perris or Elsinore, and the food is SO good! We eat there about once a week. My favorites are the fresh rolls (which are not on the menu), garlic chicken, satay chicken, red curry, and the coconut milk soup (I think it's called Tom Kha Gai). Mmm...
ltdiver 3 #35 May 13, 2007 Actually the best Thai food I've ever had -is- in Temecula. Years ago, Walt Mitchell used to take his group there, along with some of his own home-grown vegetables, and have a gourmet feast made for us. That was -years- ago, but it's still on my top 10 list of best places to eat. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
