My neighbor was in her late 60's or early 70's.
Her best friend was in her early 90's. Aunt Lil.
She still helped the family with their taxes (even though she had retired after the Beatles last tour). Mainly, she liked to stay active and help friends.

Who knows how long they'd known each other. 40...50 years. They had a lot of common experiences.

One day, we are walking around the mall and my neighbor tells a story that is kind of embarrassing for Lil. Aunt Lil says, "You know, you don't have to tell every story that you know."

My goal is to only tell the good stories, not the embarrassing ones. Or, at least, only tell them at the dz.

Non-jumpers already think we are insane without us telling the "drunk, naked guy who fell in the fire" stories in town.

If someone does something interesting/cool/odd, we immortalize them by putting on the 10-way team shirt on Turkey Day. But the shirts are mainly worn at the dz.

Yeah, I lead a pretty droll existence. However, I do have pictures of everyone else doing stuff.

Nobody that I know will ever be able to run for Congress without purchasing some silence from me.
