remi.fackeure 0 #1 September 5, 2006 Hello, i have troubles getting Jumptrack 3.0 downloading thedata from my protrack. I download (and paid) the latest Jumptrack software. I have a known working usb/serial adaptater properly installed and configured in WinXP. When i launch Jumptrack, i choose the good COM port (only one, not too hard) and connect the protrack... but nothing happens the light doesn't red at the back of the pc interface :( i have no know other peripheral/devices using COM stuffs such as Palm Pilot or whatever... I wrote to Steffen from L&B who gently tries to help me if you have any other ideas, thanks a lot in advance ! blue sky remi
Travman 6 #2 September 6, 2006 Firstly, are you putting the Pro-Track into PC Mode? Secondly, the USB-Serial adapter may not be compatible with the interface.
