I got one last night (spades) in a $100 buy in tourney on PKR.com The other day at the casino, after folding about 50 hands i dragged 3 ppl from a table of 10 right to the river. Each putting $360 in the pot! I had JJ, flop was J 10 8. Instead of taking it then, i checked. guy next to me then Bet and then he got raised., I played the look at the card game and then call. Did this the whole way to the river. River was another J. Turnned out everyone flopped trips. Lucky I had the high trips. Got up and left after folding another 10-12 hands. Im heading out ther tonight for another game. The problem with Sydney casino is that i usually have to wait around 2-3 hours for a seat so this means spendng money in other areas of the casino. .Karnage Krew Gear Store . I was first to act, so couldn't raise it up much more than I was allowed to each time. In the end it was just me and two other people, so the pot wasn't huge. I couldn't raise it up too fast anyway, as there had to be a $20 min in the pot to get the bonus. When the flop comes out K 10 9 all suited, people aren't going to stick around unless they got something or like to bluff. Best (limit) pot I ever won was a Kings over Queens FH at Bellagio last year. Had several people betting the max times each card - probably 100+ in the pot for a 3-6 table. Turn came 4, we all check. River card turns up 5. First guy goes all in, so does the second guy. I could hardly believe it. I smugly hit call. First guy shows a straight Ace to 5. Not bad. But the second guy shows a full house with pocket 5s. They never knew what the fuck hit them. Yeah I knocked them both out, it was the first hand of the game. I have had 3 royal flushes and a couple of straight flushes that I won big with. Believe it or not, I once had a straight flush 9 to K, and got beat by a royal flush!
