crotalus01 0 #3 June 13, 2007 Never can tell what's in Dim Sum...I ordered some at the Hong Kong airport (just pointed since the writing was in Chinese) and got chicken feet in some kind of bean sauce, and mystery meat wrapped in a dumpling...Chinese LOVE chicken feet, I have yet to figure out exactly what it is on them you eat as they seem (to my western palate) to be nothing but skin, gristle and bone.
