Where should I go for Lunch today...

Recommended Posts

I figure I'll go get a bite to eat in 45 minutes or so... I can't decide what I want today though.

so I figured I'd ask all of you?

I generally go for something I can bring back to the office to eat.

I'd go for Qdoba B|.

I wish we had those here, I'm at the chow-hall today. Pasta-day's fairly decent, but a lot of the stuff they serve is just nasty shit :o[:/]:(.

And why would BDU's be inappropriate, esp if you're going where-ever for lunch? I tend to go home and change after work, or at least lose my BDU top before I hit places like Publix, but for lunch :o.

I just tend to think the VIP room that Shane is refering to isn't a particularly proper place for an Officer to be walking into/out of... ;) at least in uniform... appearances and all...

nevermind the fact that as I understand it the ones around here aren't all that great... (and frankly I don't think Shane's being serious... :D:D... well he might be being serious but I think he knows me well enough to realize I'm not likely to take him seriously... :P)

Every time I see Andrea posting, I'm reminded that I should pack a lunch and a thermos of coffee, but I don't. Almost every day I spend $5 on a mocha before work, $5 on a brownie and cup of regular coffee mid-morning, and $8-$15 on a restaurant lunch. That $20+ per day could definitely be better spent. :S:D

I voted for Penn Station because we don't have one here. What do they serve (besides awesome lemonade, that is)?

its an east coast style sub shop... fwiw they've got pretty good sandwiches too...

but their lemonade is fresh squeezed... so its... mmmmmmm.... good... B|

edited to add: I ended up going to Qdoba... Thanks y'all... B|

hey, where's the Gold Star/Skyline option?? You must have those around you somewhere! I'd vote for a deliciously disgusting cheese coney or a 3-way!

And I am very very picky about my poll options...:D:P

I actually considered Skyline putting skyline on there... (there's one across the street from Qdoba... :D) but decided against it... as I figured if someone like you knew about it then you were likely to suggest something... :D:D

edited to add: personally I'm more of a 4-way with beans type myself... :D:P
