disclaimer: By hit the gym, I mean workout. I don't use a gym. When in doubt, walk further, do a little more of that silly video, or make you man a little happier a little longer. All great cardio for killing carbs. :)

Besides, it LIGHT. ;)



I'm going to be doing some strength training in a half hour or so and then do my 30 minutes on my treadmill. :)

I'll reward myself with a light beer on the 4th of July. B|
