I need help adjusting it. Right now its coming out pretty strong and we have the CO2 restricted to about a quarter of a turn. What do we need to adjust from what you can see to get it so that its not coming out so hard? I've tried a few adjustments but nothing seems to work or even change anything. I know one of y'all have to know a little about what to do.edit: for another pic Just like what AggieDave said, 10 psi is to hgh. I tend to run my kegerator at about 7 psi, and slightly lower than that when I have guests. If the pressure is lower, guests are less likley to have the tap less than 100% open. So it prevents people from geting a huge head of foam. Anyhow, if the keg is new, and has warmed up some it may be kind of difficult for you to get the pressure down, after you change the pressure on the regulator, it might be a pint or three to get the pressure down. And sierra is okay. My favorites in the keg are pyramid heff, or moose drool.
