They have no network to maintain, their revenue per subscriber is supposedly much higher compared to the industry average (about $100/mo). Chapter 11 usually means "down, not out", but wow, they sure racked up a lot of debt for only a year and change being in business. Anyway, your service will likely not be interrupted. Maybe MTV and Universal should maintain their investments in tangible entertainment industries... Most are losing propositions, as they are reselling services that are already very affordable. It's hard to compete. Who would be next? No one that I can think of, Helio is actually run and invested in from real telecom companies. However, if you're in the US, and your provider isn't one of the big-four (VZW, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint), smaller four (ALLTEL, CellOne, US Cellular, Cricket), or mini-regional carriers, etc., chances are it's hemorrhaging cash. So, if you find yourself screaming into your phone, "Can you hear me now??" ...it's possible they can't.
