Conundrum 1 #1 July 27, 2007 Picked it up last Saturday. It's a Mazdaspeed3. Great car, and quick. Traded in my RSX-S.
Miami 0 #2 July 27, 2007 Nice! That's one of the cars I'll be looking at next year when it's time for a new one. It'll be between that or a VW GTI.Miami

JENNR8R 0 #6 July 27, 2007 Quote I do. Unfortunately they don't make the Mazdaspeed3 in white! Off With Their Heads!!! I'm sure you will enjoy it anyway. Conundrum 1 #7 July 27, 2007 Well with Aiden getting bigger, a small coupe wasn't cutting it. Now with four doors it's a lot easier to get him (and his stuff) in and out of the car, plus the extra room in the back. It's just as sporty as my RSX and a lot quicker as well. I love it. Conundrum 1 #9 July 27, 2007 Put the crack pipe down! You don't get a nice paint job for a few hundred bucks. Besides, I'm diggin' the black/grey.
freethefly 6 #10 July 27, 2007 WTF... No whaletail, oversize airdamn, ground scraping ground effects and a stinger tailpipe? Don''t you want to be noticed? Spizzzarko 0 #14 July 27, 2007 I have teh 2.3L 3. I love it. The speed 3 is ok in my opinion but it is a lot to pay for premium gas just because it is turbo'd. I am going to change my suspension around quite a bit on my 2.3 and make it a lot stiffer. I don't drive everyday so it doesn't bother me. You will like the 3 it is a good car. Spizzzarko 0 #17 July 27, 2007 I put the Eibach prokit springs on mine (essentially what you have on yours) to drop it a little, installed an AEM Cold Air Intake, changed the horn out with Hella Super Tones horn, and installed Hella 550 Driving Lights so far. I debadged the rear door and the 2.3 emblems on the side. I also removed the door guards on the sides as it make a cleaner look to the door. Now the doors do not look like two pieces. I want to change my sway bars out with the Racing Beat sway bars, install the Eibach Camber kit, change the 5th gear to a more fuel effecient gearing, replace the exhaust system (Im debating on weathor or not to do the cat delete exhaust or cat back), and replace the rear motor mount to a stiffer mount. I am going to ground the throttle body this afternoon. I also plan on pulling the front grill out and using it to make a mold for a new carbon fiber grill without the mazda badge. I hate badges on cars. I'm not going to pay them a large amount of money to advertise for them. In the future I will also change out the light bulbs to LEDs on the interior. LEDS last longer and are brighter than the stock bulbs. I would also like to change the head lamps to HID's and add angle eyes to the setup. You can find out a lot about this car by reading on mazda 3 forums . com. Good prices for parts can be found at nsnmotorsports.com and you can get a discount by putting the code "forumref" in when you order.
