ACMESkydiver 0 #2 July 31, 2007 I saw that a while ago and would have considered doing it if I lost a family member, but now I'm against it personally. I just feel that ALL of the ashes/body needs to go back in the ground/sea/however it's being returned to the earth. Holding onto a piece of it somehow seems to not allow the dead to rest in my mind...like you're trying to hold on physcially somehow and that doesn't make sense to me. I know there are a few cultures that believe in that as well -ashes to ashes, and all returned to the earth. I just know that that's what I would do if I had to bury a loved one personally. But to each their own. ~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action.
Katzeye 0 #3 August 1, 2007 I'd probably do it for my dog and my horse... but a human loved one is kinda creepy. Is a chicken omelette redundant?

So all of their remains are still handled according to the persons wishes either with burial or cremation.__ My mighty steed
