atsaubrey 0 #1 July 14, 2006 manufacturers call you after 6 months to ask you how their product is treating you? I got a call from Geoge at Precision Aerodynamcs asking how their canopy was suiting me! Can you imagine that! They called to ask if I was enjoying my purchase! Now that in my opinion is kickass customer service, we talked about some other things and another purchase is in the works. Precision has a customer for life!"GOT LEAD?" kenneth21441 0 #3 July 14, 2006 I must agree that is great customer service as far as checking with the customer. I guess alot of companies do not do this too much as it cost so much in man hours, or they dont care what the customer thinks? But when a company calls up and says how are things and are you happy with our product and do you think there is anything we can do to improve let us know. tdog 0 #5 July 14, 2006 Every time I go to the dentist and have a procedure (thus far, wisdom teeth out and 3 fillings from my childhood replaced - total of 3 procedures) the DENTIST, not the assistant or office staff, calls to ask how I am doing a day after... Yes, he is 20% more expensive than comfort dental, but I like their customer service and refer them to everyone I know... A call goes a very long way, doesn't it... Seriously, it is the cooooolest thing when a vendor/company follows-up to verify a purchase and is genuinely concerned about your satisfaction. . .Anvil Brother #69 Sidelined with a 5mm C5-C6 herniated disk...
