Zep 0 #1 August 7, 2007 Yesterday evening it finally rained, at first just a few spots then slowly built up to a full blown down pour with about 15 mins of hail, This morning woke up to low cloud an a fine drizzel. Went out with just a pair of shorts an enjoyed a cold shower. Why am I so happy, Well after over two months of not normal 100 F weather my friatic wells were getting dangerously low. Thankfully ages ago I'd put up green netting to protect the vegetable plot from the incessant sun, Saved the tomatoes an other delicate crops from the hail.
