Squeak 17 #3 July 8, 2006 Thanks Sparky, it does not appear to have al isting for a Sabre2 190 would that be the same as a Sabre 190You are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS! ZigZagMarquis 9 #4 July 8, 2006 I've got a Sabre170. Back when I first demo'ed a Sabre-2 170 I thought it packed up smaller then my "legacy" Sabre of the same size. I asked PD and, at that time, they said the Saber-2's were the same volume size for size as the original Sabre. I've since bought a Sabre-2 170 and that's what I've got in my new rig, while still have my old Sabre170 in my old rig. I still think the Sabre-2s pack up smaller... However... you're experience may differ given your level of packing proficiency and technique. The VooDoo V4 is spec'ed out to take a 450 cu in main... the pack volume for a Sabre190 in the ParaGear chart Sparky posted is listed at 500 cu in... might be do'able, might not be, might be fun to watch you trying to pack it... airgord 1 #6 July 9, 2006 Got to the Rigging Innovations website, or better yet send an email, we will all be back from vacation on monday the 10th. I only inspect them and never pack them, however I have seen the Saber2 190 packed up in the Square 2 rental V4, it's big but fits okay, but, don't take my word as gospel, ask Sandy. How much of the Mojave Desert do you think there is in you “legacy” Sabre? That might be your extra pack volume. My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals
